This Cancellation & Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms under which Kriya Animation (“Kriya,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles cancellations and refunds for our animation services.
Project Cancellation:
Client Initiated Cancellation: You have the right to cancel your project at any point before the final deliverables are approved.
If you cancel the project before any work has begun, you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel the project after work has begun, a prorated refund will be issued based on the completed work percentage. We will calculate the completed work percentage based on the time and resources invested in the project up to the cancellation point.
Kriya Initiated Cancellation: In rare circumstances, Kriya Animation may need to cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you promptly in writing and offer you the following options:
We will calculate the completed work percentage based on the time and resources invested in the project up to the cancellation point.
The opportunity to transfer the project balance to another Kriya Animation service.
Refund Process:
If you are eligible for a refund, we will process it within 15-20 business days of receiving your cancellation request.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Non-Refundable Services:
Any additional services not included in the original project scope are non-refundable.
Revisions:
Our revision policy is outlined in our service agreements. Generally, a set number of revisions are included in the project cost. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
Changes to this Policy:
Kriya Animation may update this Policy from time to time. We will post any changes on our website. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically for any updates.
